FUNCTION

The purpose of the coated idler is to guide the belt within the designed conveying line. Due to the additional external layer and high customisation possibilities, the coated models may be used in almost all conditions, ranging from heavy industries to the light food industry.

In order to adjust the INTERkraz design to the needs of customers and specific industries, coated idlers are manufactured in several variants, characterised by different parameters. Customers looking for the best solution may specify a range of diameters and thickness of the coat, axle diameters and the size of its end type or bearing type.

LOW NOISE

Coated idlers are also utilised due to their quiet operation. The rubber layer efficiently suppresses noise generated at the contact point between the idler and the belt. Functionality is of great importance when many elements are operating in a production facility, producing above ambient noise affecting the safety of employees and indirectly their productivity as well.
