ROBOTIC WELDING

The automated welding line is equipped with 10  robotic welding machines, designed in the TWIN system. This allows welding of one component by two robots at the same time, which shortens the manufacturing time and provides a greater efficiency in production. The results  include dramatic improvements in quality, better repeatability, faster production cycles and less downtime. The welding duration to manufacture one idler is less than half a minute, depending on its diameter, and welding of one idler frame can be completed in minutes.
