COMPANY HISTORY
It all began in 1987, when a small workshop of 150 m2 was established in Krakow, Poland that focused on the manufacture of components for conveyor idlers. The high quality created, met with a very good reception in the market.
The natural consequence of that success was further development of the company both in terms of infrastructure and technology. In 1992, a new company branding called INTERkraz was born.
The rapid development of the company required an expansion of the factory in 2005.
In 2008, INTERkraz commenced production of a new product line, namely idler frames for conveyors belts.
In 2011, due to an increasing domestic and international market, a decision was made to build a new, modern production plant to cater for that expansion.
The new development comprising production, workshop, offices, packaging, storage and parking is located near the city of Krakow and was completed in 2013. The production and warehouse facility had an area of 8,000 m2 which has since increased to more than 12,000 m2. The administrative office building has an area of 1,000 m2. INTERkraz currently employs 150 skilled and experienced employees.
