LASER CUTTING

Production of high-quality idler frames is undertaken using an advanced manufacturing line, equipped, among others, with a CNC controlled laser cutting machine with a sheet loading and receiving system. This allows our laser cutting machine to operate virtually operator-free. Use of highly efficient bracket production technology allows us to reduce production costs and such a process reduces the environmental footprint. Use of laser technology in the production process allows us to modify and adapt our products to the specific requirements of our customers, as well as to quickly and effectively implement new production concepts.
