Garland-type suspended idlers are designed for transporting heavy materials on long conveyors. They are characterised for their high operational flexibility and the ability to carry large product on wide belts.

They can be manufactured to suit individual customer needs who can select varying shell thickness, diameters and the style of hooking systems that can be adapted to different structures.

BELT TRACKING

The flexible arrangement also has a positive influence on the self-centering of the belt as well as minimized belt stress coupled with higher belt speeds offering clear advantages during operation.
