FUNCTION

Disc idlers are used on the return conveyor belt to support and clean the line from the residual transported material. This is achieved due to gravity and the design of the internal and external discs. The idlers may be manufactured using different types, sizes and combinations of discs.

TOUGH CONDITIONS

Disc idlers are characterised by a multi-stage labyrinth seal which excludes the risk of damage caused by the penetration of harmful particles, such as water or dust, and anti-corrosion protection is applied in either powder coating or galvanising.

CUSTOMISATION

INTERkraz offers various variants of disc idlers with different disc sizes and types. Customers may specify diameter of idlers, axle and bearing size and type and a variation to the standard axle end.
